重苯加氢轻质化实验研究

摘    要:利用管式反应釜共振反应装置,研究了某焦化厂重苯200℃后馏分的加氢轻质化反应。考察了催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、氢初压等工艺条件对重苯轻质化的影响。结果表明,使用钼酸铵、Ni-Mo催化剂时,均能起到加氢轻质化的效果,其中Ni-Mo催化剂的催化效果优于钼酸铵。最佳的工艺条件为使用Ni-Mo催化剂、催化剂用量2%3%、氢初压7 MPa、反应温度450℃。

Abstract:The process of the fraction of heavy benzol above resonance reaction device. The effects of the reaction condition, the type and amount of the catalyst, on the hydro-upgrading 200 ℃ conversion to light fraction was studied by using including reaction temperature, initial H2 pressure, and process were investigated. The results showed that both ammonium molybdate and Ni-Mo catalysts have good catalytic effects on the hydrogenation process for heavy benzol conversion to light fraction. Under the same reaction conditions, the catalytic effect of the Ni-Mo catalyst was better than that of ammonium molybdate catalyst. As the sample oil was 5 mL, over the Ni-Mo catalyst, the best reaction conditions were as follows: 0.15 g of catalyst, 7 MPa of initial H2 pressure, and 450 ℃ of reaction temperature.
