固体超强酸TiO_2/SO_4~(2-)催化合成水杨酸异戊酯

摘    要:以水杨酸和异戊醇为原料,固体超强酸TiO2/SO24-为催化剂合成了水杨酸异戊酯。最佳的反应条件为:水杨酸/异戊醇(摩尔比)=1∶4,水杨酸用量0.2 mol,催化剂用量1.6 g,反应时间5 h,收率达94.6%。用XRD,N2吸附脱附等方法研究了催化剂的结构与催化性能的关系。

Abstract:Solid superacid TiO_2/ SO~(2-)_4 was used in the synthesis of isoamyl salicylate.The effects of molar ratios of isoamyl alcohol to salicylic acid,the amount of catalysts,reaction time and reaction temperature on the yields of isoamyl salicylate were studied.The results showed that under the optimal conditions: molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1∶4,1.6 g catalyst,reaction time 5 h,the yield was 94.6%.The catalysts were characterized with XRD,nitrogen adsorption,etc.
