大型高炉的干法除尘系统及接口工艺控制

摘    要:针对特大型高炉煤气湿法除尘工艺在节水、环保方面的缺陷,介绍了太钢4350 m3高炉在已有湿法除尘的基础上增加干法除尘系统,采用有效的降温装置、内滤式大布袋除尘技术,设计完善的干湿法切换工艺以及自动控制,使得投运后的系统运行安全可靠,节水效果显著。干法系统净化后的煤气含尘量小于等于3mg/m3,与湿法净化系统比较,不仅提高了煤气温度,而且年节水1700万t,TRT发电量增加30%,其工艺技术达到国内领先水平。

Abstract:It introduces the added dry-type gas cleaning plant based on exist wet-type gas cleaning plant in 4350m3 blast furnace of TISCO.It aims at the defects in the water-saving and environment protection of the wet-type gas cleaning plant in super-huge type blast furnace.The dry-type gas cleaning plant adopts efficient temperature-reducing equipment,inside-filter big bag dust-removal technology,perfectly designed dry-wet change technique and automation control.This system runs safety,reliable,and achieved remarkable results in water-saving.The dust content in gas after purification by dry-type gas cleaning plant system is less than 3mg/m3.By comparison with the wet-type gas cleaning plant,it not only improve the gas temperature,but also save 17Mt water per year.Generated energy of TRT increases 30%.The technology has achieved domestic advanced level.
