基于流态重构的低能耗循环流化床锅炉技术

摘    要:通过改进分离器分离效果、提高返料装置输送能力等提高CFB关键部件的性能,来提高床料质量,在保持炉膛上部处于快速床流态前提下,降低床压降,成功实现CFB锅炉的流态迁移,形成了基于流态重构低能耗循环流化床燃烧技术,同时达到减少送风机电耗以降低厂用电率、减小燃烧室水冷壁的磨损、提高燃烧效率的三重效果。该技术可实现厂用电率降低1-2%,锅炉容量相等的条件下燃用相同煤种燃烧效率比现有CFB锅炉技术提高约1%,有效降低风帽及炉膛受热面的磨损问题。依此技术开发了不同容量的基于流态重构低能耗CFB锅炉200余台,目前多台锅炉已经投入运行。其中,75t/h锅炉年均可用率95%,燃烧室水冷壁基本没有磨损,锅炉热效率提高,三台锅炉年节省原煤20000余吨,厂用电率降低2%以上,锅炉及辅机年节省设备检修费用10%以上。本项目的技术成果也为现有各种容量的CFB锅炉的节能改造提供了新的技术方向。本项目的流程在中国申请发明专利并获授权,同时申请了美国、欧洲专利,是具有完全自主知识产权的新一代CFB燃烧技术。
