PC轧机轧制过程前后滑区的研究

摘    要:采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对PC轧机轧制变形区内轧件速度进行模拟。利用此模型,分析在不同轧制工况下各种影响因素对变形区内轧件轧制速度的影响,进而通过分析轧件与轧辊的速度差,得到前后滑区长度的变化情况,为研究轧制过程中的打滑现象提供重要的依据。

Abstract:By using the software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the rolling velocity along deformation area during roiling of PC mill was simulated. The influence of various factors on rolling velocity was analyzed by this model. Then through analyzing velocity differences between the roll and workpiece, the changes of the length of forward and backward glide area can be given. It provides an important basis for studying the phenomenon of slipping of rolling process.
