摘    要:以准能矸电二期工程为例分析了300MW CFB机组采用滚筒冷渣器的冷却水系统,认为对不设置闭式循环冷却水系统的机组,以凝结水作为冷渣器的冷却水在节能和降低工程造价方面均有优势;并对以凝结水为冷渣器冷却水的系统进行了设计优化。

Abstract:This paper takes Huaineng Coal Mine Waste second phase power project as an example to analyze the cooling water system of roller type ash cooler for 300Mwe CFB.It is considered that for a CFB unit without closed circulation cooling water system,to use condensate as cooling water for roller type ash cooler has the advantages for both energy saving and reducing construction cost.Optimization design of cooling water system using condensate as cooling water is also discussed.
