| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了邯钢新建435 m2烧结机投产前后对制约生产的工艺环节进行优化改造,主要包括燃料破碎系统、给料设备、配混系统的料仓、混合机给水管道、烧结机布料主辅门、松料器及烧结机散料收集漏斗等。介绍了改造前的缺陷、改造方法及改造后的使用效果,经过改造使生产更为顺行,使该生产线顺利实现达产达效。

| Abstract: | This paper describes optimal modification of process step affecting and limiting production before and after commissioning of a new 435 m2 sintering machine in Handan Iron and Steel,mainly including fuel crushing system,feeding equipment,silos of mixing system,water supply pipeline of mixer,main and auxiliary door of sintering machine burden distribution,loosening bars and the collection funnel.The transformation of the former defect,transformation methods and application effect are described.Through the transformation,smooth production is ensured,so that the production target is achieved. |
