生物质与煤混合的热解特性研究

摘    要:利用热重分析仪研究了生物质麦杆与煤混合的热解特性。实验发现,生物质的掺混能改善煤的热解特性。随着掺混比例的增大,混合燃料热解的挥发分初始析出温度会降低,最大热解速率增大,而最大热解速率对应的温度下降,挥发分释放变得更加集中,挥发分释放特性指数值变大。在热解过程中,麦秆与煤并没有发生明显的协同作用。

Abstract:Experimental studies on the pyrolysis characteristics of wheat stalk biomass-coal mixture were conducted by the thermogravimetry analyzer.The results show that the biomass mixed is good for improving pyrolysis characteristics of coal.With the increasing biomass mass fraction,the volatile release temperature of mixture decreases,the maximum pyrolysis rate increases,while the temperature of the maximum pyrolysis rate decreases,the volatile release get centralized and the volatile release characteristic index ...
