摘    要:利用LECO公司CS-444LS红外碳硫分析仪,对钢铁中的超低碳分析进行了试验研究,提出了一种超低碳分析方法。论文研究了影响钢样中超低碳分析的一些因素,如坩埚、比较水平、最短分析时间、助熔剂的量、称样量等。试验结果表明:以1200℃通氧灼烧2h或1200℃灼烧4h坩埚残存碳最低且稳定;当比较水平为3,最短分析时间为40s,助熔剂的量为1.8g左右,称样量在0.6g~1.0g时,是分析碳含量在0.001%~0.01%钢铁的优化条件。该优化条件下,测定的结果准确可靠,RSD小于10%,完全能满足生产检验的要求。

Abstract:A method for measuring ultra-low carbon in steel with infrared combustion absorption spectrometer was studied and parameters affecting the measurement of ultra-low carbon in steel were investigated. The experimental results showed that when the crucibles were burned for two hours at 1 200 ℃ in the presence of oxygen or four hours at 1 200 ℃ absence of oxygen, the dosage of remained carbon was lowest and stable, and the experiment conditions was optimized with comparison level of 3, the shortest analysis time of 40 s, the dosage of fluxing medium of about 1.8 g and the dosage of sample of 0.6- 1.0 g. Under this optimum conditions, the results was accurate and reliable with RSD of less than 10%, which could meet the requirements of production.
