水轮机转轮不平衡测试及其动力学分析

摘    要:通过水轮发电机组的变转速实验对水轮机转轮处测试数据进行了分析。为避免信号中转频以外的其他频率成分对分析结果的影响,采用FIR数字滤波器对信号进行了滤波,根据滤波信号合成的轴心轨迹以及振动量与转速的关系,判断出水轮机转轮处的振动主要由质量不平衡造成;根据建立的机组轴系动力学模型,计算得到了测试位置处振动最所对应转轮的质量不平衡量值的大小。

Abstract:The testing data of water turbine runner obtained from yawing rotation speed experiment of the hydro-generator unit is analyzed. To avoid other frequency outside the power frequency affecting the analysis result. FIR digital filter is adopted. Axes track of filtered signal and relationship between vibration quantity and rotation speed showed that the unbalance of mass is the main reason, which results in vibration of the water turbine runner. Based on calculation of the shafting dynamics model of unit, the value of unbalance mass of runner correspond to the value of vibration quantity in the testing site was obtained.
