摘    要:在多品种小批量生产环境中,现有的、以适应大批量重复型生产过程为主的混流制造技术难以得到推广,为实现此类生产环境下的精益化改造,出现了基于混流路径的混流制造新模式.在研究该模式总体架构的基础上,提出多品种小批量生产环境下基于约束管理的混流制造运行控制机制,并就混流路径规划、资源瓶颈识别与动态瓶颈管理等关键技术进行探讨,为进一步的研究应用提供基础.

Abstract:The existing technology of flow manufacturing which is appropriate mainly for high volume and repetitive production has been proven difficult to apply in high mix and low volume environments.In order to adapt lean production into the latter,a new type of flow manufacturing has been introduced based on the technology of flow path management.First introduces the basic operation framework of this new mode,and then proposes a constraints management based operation and control mechanism for flow manufacturing in high mix and low volume environments.In addition to this,studies have also been made on some critical issues including the formation of the flow path,the identification of resource bottleneck and the management of dynamic bottlenecks,which lay foundation for further research and practice in this direction.
