| Abstract: | There are many kinds of rubber and plastic moulding machines, each machine has its special requirements for the electrical controller. It's very difficult for one single controller to meet all of these requirements. A DSP based controller with field bus is discussed in detail. Because of its field bus structure, it has strong expansibility, good flexibility and good maintainability. With changing a few hardware modular and modifying software, it can meet the requirements of most rubber and plastic moulding machines. |
