径向柱塞式液压泵滚子运动学分析

摘    要:对径向柱塞泵滚子进行了运动学分析,推导出了滚子的运行速度和角速度计算公式,并进行了仿真分析,指出滚子修缘和安装时,要确保定子和转子轴线相互平行,使得滚子和定子的偏压力角为零,以避免自旋的产生。

Abstract:The kinematics analysis of roller in the radial piston pump was carried out.The equation of the velocity and relative angular velocity of roller were deduced,and the simulation was given.It was pointed out that when modifying and installing the rollers,the axes of stator and rotor should be paralleled to make the partial pressure angle of stator and rotor equal to zero,and avoid the generation of spin.
