| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和城镇化建设的不断推进,地方大学土木工程专业的学生得到了很大的施展才能的舞台,顺应这种形式,地方院校的土木工程教育也应积极进行教学改革,提高学生的实践能力、创造力和社会适应能力.本文在分析了地方大学办学特点的基础上,对地方大学土木工程人才培进行了探讨
