| 摘 要： | 在确定了致病性鸡源大肠杆菌EC012株耐药性的基础上,用中药苍术提取液对该菌株的耐药质粒进行了体内、体外消除试验,结果显示体内消除优于体外,最佳作用时间为72h,消除率分别为4.5%和1.2%.

| Abstract: | Experiment has been done by using distilled liquid from Rhizoma Atractyloidis to test the elimination of drug-resistance plasmids against Poultry Escherichia Coli from inner body and exterior body based on the determination of the causes for the drug-resistance against Pathologic Escherichia Coli EC012 of poultry,and the results show that the elimination inside the body is better than outside the body,the best time is 72 hours,and the elimination rates are 4.5% and1.2% respectively. |
