| 摘 要： | 该厂生产的纯棉宽幅格子布，大部分为染地迷彩印花。由于前处理工艺不尽合理，给后道工序的加工带来许多不便，并影响到产品质量和经济效益。通过工艺研究及改进，取得了较好的效果，出口合格率达到９５％以上，百米降低成本１６．８６元。

| Abstract: | Most of all cotton broad plaid in the factory is dyed style printing with dim effect. Unreasonable pretreatment will cause inconvenience to after processing, along with influencing the product quality and economic benefit. Through studying and improving the process, good effect can be obtained, export accepted product percentage can be over 95%, the cost can be reduced RMB 16.85 yuan per hundred meter. |
