正前角圆弧铣刀齿形的神经网络模拟与设计

摘    要:对圆弧铣刀在正前角情况下进行齿形的修正计算,铣刀修正后前刃面齿形无法用明确的函数关系式表达的情况下,分别运用椭圆拟合方法和神经网络模拟方法进行圆弧铣刀前刃面齿形的设计。将椭圆拟合数据与神经网络模拟结果进行分析比较;仿真结果证明,运用神经网络的非线性映射特性设计圆弧铣刀的修正齿形,能有效地提高了圆弧铣刀齿形的设计精度和设计效率。

Abstract:Design of the orthogonal convex or concave milling cutter's profile and profile modification are introduced. On condition that the profile of the cutting edge could not be expressed with definite mathematics formulas,using the methods of ellipse fitting and neural network simulation to design the face profile of milling cutter.
