非线性转子轴承系统的稳定与分岔分析

摘    要:转子-轴承系统中油膜力的非线性对系统稳定性有重要影响,本文基于一刚性转子-轴承系统模型,用打靶法求解了系统的同步周期解、亚谐解,利用数值积分方法和Floquet理论,对系统随转速和偏心率等参数变化的各种分岔情况进行了分析研究,给出了轴承油膜力的非线性对转子-轴承系统失稳的部分影响规律,可为大型旋转机械的安全稳定运动提供参考。

Abstract:The synchronous and subharmonic periodic responses as well as the stability of a rigid rotor-bearing system considering the effect of nonlinearity of oil film dynamic force are solved by a shooting method in this paper. Numerical integral method and Floquet theory are applied to study various bifurcation of the system with rotating speed and eccentricity variation. Some rules that the nonlinearity of oil film dynamic force of a bearing affect instability of a rotor-bearing system are presented, which gives some references for safe and stable run- ning of a large rotating machine.
