| 摘 要： | 蔬菜纸产品是一种新型的食品。本文分析了国内外对蔬菜纸产品加工工艺的研究 ,对其中的关键成型技术进行了分析 ,并且介绍了护色与硫处理、粘结剂的选用、均质工艺等关键问题。
