循环流化床锅炉内颗粒流传热研究

摘    要:流化床内的传热现象已经有相当广泛的研究。但由于循环流化床锅炉影响因素多、测量复杂,绝大部分循环流化床传热研究都是在实验设备内进行的,由于循环流化床设备的放大问题一直没有很好解决,实验室中的数据要推广到工业应用上还需要进一步研究。大型工业循环流化床锅炉在国内发展迅速,锅炉内的传热问题急需解决,因为关系节能降耗。在一台国产大型循环流化床锅炉上测量实际运行数据,研究炉膛换热现象。测量数据显示:循环流化床炉内传热系数与锅炉机组负荷、烟速、稀相区压降有密切关系。

Abstract:Heat transfer phenomenon in Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boilers has been researched world wide due to its importance to boiler design and operation, but reports on heat transfer of large-scale CFB boilers was very limited, because of complexity of operation data and commercial reasons. Influence factors of heat transfer in a 135MW CFB is discussed based on the operation data, and the results show that heat transfer coefficient was affected by boiler load, gas velocity and pressure drop in dilute zone.
