新型防渗透型DE隔板的研制

摘    要:本文简要介绍了常用隔板存在的问题,提出了开发新型高抗渗透隔板的必要性.新研制的DE隔板具有纤维类隔板电阻小、化学稳定性好的特点,而填充物硅藻土的引入和新型胶乳及助剂的使用.大大提高了DE隔板的抗渗透短路性能和机械强度.DE隔板非常适合在干荷电蓄电池中使用,也可以做成袋式隔板应用在免维护蓄电池和动力电池中.

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the problems that exist in common separators for lead-acid batteries, and puts forward the development necessity of the new anti-penetration separator. New DE separa-tor retains good features of fiber separator, such as lower resistance and higher chemical stability. The an-ti-penetration short circuit performance and mechanical strength has been enhanced greatly by using diatomite fillers, new latex and additives.
