摘    要:为了让电子技术应用者和研究者,深入掌握PN结的导电原理和性能,在实际电子产品中,提高三极管的开关速度,为社会作出贡献,本人对PN结进行了深入研究,提出了推进提高三极管工作速度的特色理论,并经过实验证明了它的真理性,这个特色理论,对电子技术的研究与应用,具有明显的意义1]。

Abstract:In order to let users and researchers who work on electronic technology get a thorough grasp of the conductive principle and the properties of the PN junction, and improve the working speed of triode in electronic products as well as make more contributions to the society, we study deeply on PN junction. The characteristic theory about improving working speed of triode is proposed, and its truth is proved by experiments. The theory has obvious significance for researches and applications of electronic technology.
