摘    要:针对超细银粉制备工艺中易于团聚等现象,对离子液体介质中银粉制备工艺进行了研究。将离子液体加入到硝酸银溶液中,在不同工艺条件下进行还原,并对所制备的银粉采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜进行结构表征,利用激光粒度仪分析了所制备银粉的粒径及粒度分布。结果表明离子液体的加入量对银粉的形貌、结晶状态以及粒度分布有较大影响,在100 mL的AgNO3(0.05 mol/L),1 g PVP,10 mL离子液体,油浴温度120℃条件下制得的银粉性能最优。
