基于C8051F060单片机的多路数据采集系统设计

摘    要:本数据采集系统采用C8051F060单片机内置的数模转换器,最多可对8路模拟量数据进行采集,进行模数转换后将通过串口向计算机传输。同时使用Visual Basic 程序语言进行上位机设计,接收单片机发送的数据,并进行波形还原,实现实时数据采集功能。

Abstract:Inview of the problems of short of communicate distance and few of nodes’number;designed a CAN-bus Repeater. The repeater can connect two CAN-bus sub network;and connect two sub network by the CAN controller which built-in MCU C8051F060. Two C8051F060 use SPI interface in data transmission;and use RAM which built-in MCU C8051F060 as data buffer.The repeater was tested after designed. The test result indicate that:CAN-bus repeater can achieve the aim of commu-nicate normally in high speed sub network and low speed sub network;also can achieve the aim of communicate normally in most highest speed sub network;delay time of pass the repeater very little;the repeater can meet the requirement.
