| 摘 要： | 以电信运营商为核心，联合内容提供商与应用服务商、网络设备提供商、运营支撑平台服务提供商、系统集成商以及终端设备提供商的电信产业链将是3G时代电信运营市场竞争中的主体。文章从分析3G业务价值链结构出发，探讨3G业务价值链运营模式，并提出强化竞争力的关键运营问题。文章给目前经营3G业务的各大运营商提供了业务运营模式调整的参考依据。
