APMP制浆废液中半纤维素的分离和应用

摘    要:以XAPMP浆的废液中分离的半纤维素为原料,通过醚化反应制备不同取代度的季铵型半纤维素。主要讨论了醚化剂、催化剂用量、反应时间及温度对取代度的影响。结果表明,当醚化剂与半纤维素质量之比值为1.0,NaOH与半纤维素质量之比值为0.06时,反应时间为4h,温度为55℃时,可得到取代度为0.08的季铵型半纤维素。通过红外光谱对改性前后半纤维素的结构进行表征。改性后的季铵型半纤维素对阔叶木浆、针叶木浆以及OCC纸浆有明显的增强作用。研究表明取代度越高的半纤维素对纸浆的增强作用越显著。

Abstract:Quaternary ammonium type hemicellulose with low degree of substitution was synthesized using hemicellulose separate from waste liquor as raw material by etherifying agent. Our study discussed the influence factors of the degree of substitution of modified product, such as the dosage of etherifying agent and catalyst, reaction temperature and time, and so on. The research indicated that When the Quality ratio of etherifying agent to hemicellulose was 1.0, and the Quality ratio of catalyst to hemicellulose was 0.06, reaction temperature was 55℃ the reaction time was 4h, DS of the product was 0.08. Structures of the hemicellulose were examined by FT-IR spectroscopies. The quaternary ammonium hemicellulose after modification has obvious enhancement function to the softwood kraft pulps, the softwood kraft pulps as well as the OCC pulps. The research indicated that the higher the degree of substitution of hemicellulose was, the more significant was the enhancement action to pulp.
