大型加氢精制装置的设计与运行

摘    要:镇海炼油化工股份有限公司1.2 Mt/a加氢精制装置反应部分采用新型热高压分离流程,分馏部分采用双塔汽提流程,同时还设有循环氢、冷低压分离气和燃料气脱硫,以及溶剂再生设施,具有能耗低和产品质量好等优点。介绍了该装置的设计特点、标定情况以及生产中存在的问题。热高压分离与冷高压分离流程相比,其综合能耗约下降125.6MJ/t,但设备略有增加,故总投资也有所增加,而其总的经济效益也比较好。

Abstract:In the 1 .2 million tpy hydrotreating unit in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co., hot high-pressure separation process was adopted in the reaction section and the double-tower stripping process for the fractionation section, and facilities for recycle hydrogen, low-pressure separator gas and fuel gas desulfurization as well as solvent regeneration were installed. This process was characterized in energy saving and good produet quality. The design features,performance tests and problems in operation of the unit were introduced. As compared with the cold high-pressure separator process, the hot high-pressure process has reduced the energy consumption by 125 .6 MJ/t. The equipment investment was a little bit higher resulting in an increase in the total investment. However, a remarkable economic benefit was achieved.
