摘    要:采用新型钛铁矿浮选捕收剂RST处理攀钢钛业公司占选钛生产原料50%以上的微细粒级原料。试验结果表明,对TiO2质量分数为19.75%的原矿,脱硫后,以RST为捕收剂,草酸作抑制剂,硫酸铜pH,经1次粗选4次精选闭路流程选别,钛精矿品位达48.28%,TiO2回收率为79.9%,与生产上使用的MOS捕收剂及实验室用苯乙烯膦酸比较,RST捕收剂具有良好的性能价格比优势。

Abstract:The collection of fine ilmenite from magnetic tailings of vanadium titanium magnetite ore in Panzhihua Corp with the new collector(RST)is investigated The satisfactory result is obtained in circuit batch testing of flotation of fine ilmenite by using RST as a collector,oxalic acid as a depressant,and sulfuric acid as pH regulator. The grade of titanium concentrate is 48 3%,and the recovery is 79 9% at head grade 19 8%. Compared with MOS,styryl phosphonic acid,the reagents that are under research and practice,RST has obviously advantages of the ratio of function to price
