三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的研制

摘    要:采用微波加热离子交换树脂交换法将天然钙蒙脱土转变为镍基蒙脱土。三聚氰胺单体与镍基蒙脱土层间镍离子的络合后,加入甲醛经插层原位聚合制备三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料。X射线粉末衍射结果显示,三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂/蒙脱土复合物试样的d_(001)值由1.41nm增至1.84nm,说明蒙脱土的硅酸盐片层被撑开。粘接剪切强度测试结果表明,蒙脱土的加入提高材料的粘接性能。

Abstract:Natural Ca-montmorillonite (Ca-MMT) was transformed to Ni-montmorillonite (Ni-MMT) by two steps of ion-exchange process under microwave heating, melamine monomer was intercalated between the interlayer of montmorillonite(MMT) by forming complex of melamine and Ni-montmoriUonite . Then melamine-formaldehyde resin was polymerized in situ with formaldehyde. The results of XRD of the composite samples indicated that the d_(001) value changes from 1.41 nm to 1.84 nm , the interlayer distance was swelled up. The shear adhesive strength of melamine-formaldehyde resin/montmorillonite nanocomposites was improved.
