朔里煤矿孤岛块段回采巷道锚杆支护技术

摘    要:朔里煤矿回采边角及孤岛块段煤过程中,工作面巷道压力显现非常明显.为此,巷道采取留小煤柱沿空掘巷,其巷道采用锚杆支护支护形式,克服了原来的工字钢棚支护缺点.通过计算和结合现场实际情况,确定了锚杆支护的各种合理参数,巷道顶板下沉量和两帮移近量不大,支护效果好.

Abstract:During the coal mining in the boundary and island area of Shuoli Mine, the strata behavior of the coal mining face gateway were obvious. Therefore a goaf side entry driving with small pillars was applied to the gateway. The bolt support system was the main support mode for the gateway, which could overcome the disadvantages of the H steel arch supports. With the calculation and the site real conditions, different rational parameters of the support modes ware settled. The roof convergence and the sidewall convergence of the gateway were small and the support results were good.
