开关电源的电磁兼容性设计

摘    要:中、小功率开关电源的单片集成化是开关电源的发展趋势之一。电路的高度集成化有助于开发出高效率、高密度、高可靠性、体积小的、重量轻的优质电源。但是,电磁干扰问题的复杂性和潜在危害性却随之加剧。所以,电磁干扰问题的深入研究对提高所设计产品的可靠性有着较大的现实意义。重点阐述了开关电源电磁干扰的危害,以无线电动钻充电电源为例,分析了开关电源的电磁干扰源存在的地方,进而介绍了针对确定的干扰源和耦合途径进行相应的电磁兼容性设计。实验证明,此方法可以获得满足电磁兼容性能要求的产品。

Abstract:Monolithic IC is one of the development trends of the middle and low power switch mode power supply. It can help to design more effective, high -density, better -reliable, smaller, lighter power supply. But electromagnetic interference (EMI) problem of power supply become more complicate than before and the possibility damage to other device goes high risk. Therefore it makes practical sense to research EMI advanced for it helps design more reliable produce. EMI source of fly-back switch power supply is explained, and then EMC design according to EMI source and coupling way is focused on. The experiment improves that produce satisfy EMC demand by this way.
