基于潮流贡献度方法大规模风场接入系统N-1热稳定分析

摘    要:针对N-1热稳定问题,应用电力系统商业软件PSASP,提出了一种基于潮流贡献度方法并考虑N-1断面热稳定约束极限的调整风场目标出力的方法。应用该方法对赤峰电网2008年和2010年典型风电大发运行方式的热稳定问题进行了分析计算,发现了赤峰电网的热稳定薄弱环节,并确定了该地区内风电场在线路发生N-1热稳定过载时需要拉限总容量及各个风场所需要拉限的容量。分析结果表明该方法快速、准确,适用于大规模风电接入的电网系统。

Abstract:A method of adjusting wind farm target output based on power flow contribution and in consideration of N1 cross-section thermal stability constraints with business software PSASP of the power system. And with which analysis calculation is performed a- gainst thermal stability of typical large-scale operation method from 2008 to 2010 in Chifeng power system. As a result, week points under thermal stability in Chifeng power system is found, and when N - 1 thermal stability overload occurred in the transmission line in the regional wind farm, total rationing capacity and at every wind farm is determined. The result shows the method is accurate and fast, applicable to power system integrated with large-scale wind generation.
