电容式高分子湿敏材料功能设计

摘    要:以物理化学中的吸附理论为出发点,探讨高分子材料的感湿机理,研究了高分子湿敏材料的微观结构与灵敏度、湿滞、温度系数、长期稳定性等性能指标的内在联系,结合理论分析和实践提出了电容式高分子湿敏材料的功能设计方法,选取聚酰亚胺和制作的敏感元件对该理论进行验证,实验结果表明该方法有很强的可操作性。

Abstract:The humidity-sensitive principle of polymer based on absorption theory in physical chemistry was discussed. Relations of microstructure and performance such as sensitivity, hysteresis, temperature coefficient, long-term stability were investigated. The method of function design on capacitive humidity sensitive polymer was given based on theory and practice. The result of experiment indicates maneuverability of this method by sense organ made from PI.
