| 摘 要： | 应急广播是指利用广播通信系统向公众快速发布突发公共事件应急信息的方式,应急广播指令是指应急广播系统发出的,用来控制广播电视传输覆盖网播发应急信息的数据包。本文简要介绍了应急广播指令生成过程,以及一种应急广播指令的设计思路,包括指令协议结构和主要信息元素。
