| 摘 要： | 2012年底,厦门卫视为了贯彻和实现广电总局以及厦门广电集团关于加快电视台制播高清化建设的要求,结合厦门卫视自身的具体特点,决定对原有标清的新闻制播系统进行高清化改造,同时将原来的孤岛型制播系统与办公网、全台媒资系统、线索汇聚以及发布系统进行有机地结合,解决了原有标清系统存储容量低、服务器处理能力减弱、网络带宽足、图形工作站处理能力降低等影响新闻节目正常播出的问题,搭建了一套集高安全性、高可靠性、高质量于一体的全新的新闻节目制播系统。

| Abstract: | According to SARFT and Xiamen Radio and Television Group＇s requirements of promotion of SD to HD and combining with XMTV＇s feature,XMTV decided to transform the SD news production and broadcasting system（PBS） into an HD one in December of 2012.The old SD system,like an island,cannot totally support XMTV＇s requirements of general production and play-over.When a new HD system is launched,it will work with media assets management system,OA system and public system,and becomes a great system with high safety,reliability,and quality. |
