摘    要:以FANUC 0I MATE TC数控系统车床为例,阐述了刀尖半径补偿的设置方法,并通过锥形工件加工实例对补偿前和补偿后的误差进行了比较,从而说明刀尖半径补偿对于精密锥形工件加工的必要性。

Abstract:The method of establishing tool radius compensation is introduced by taking FANUC-0I MATE TC system NC lathe as example,and the error after compensation is compared with the error before compensation with the example for cone-shape workpiece processing,in order to explain the necessity for tool radius compensation applied to precise cone-shape workpiece processing.
