摘    要:分析了750kV输电线路取消远跳保护就地判别装置的可行性,提出以光纤差动保护的远跳功能代替远跳保护、实现远跳保护与光纤差动保护一体化配置的方案,简化了装置和二次回路,具有显著的经济效益。分析了现有750kV远跳保护配置方案在安全性和可靠性方面存在的不足,并提出了解决措施。给出了光纤差动保护在远跳功能方面下一步需做的改进。

Abstract:The feasibility of cancelling the local discriminating device for remote tripping protection is analyzed. The scheme that using the remote tripping function of the optic-fiber differential protection replacing remote tripping protection to realize incorporation of the two kinds of protection is proposed. The device and secondary circuit are simplified,which produces great economic benefit. This paper also analyses the shortcoming existing between the security and reliability of the 750 kV remote tripping protection and puts forward the solve method. Finally,the improving measure for the remote tripping function of the optic-fiber differential protection is presented.
