摘    要:用陶瓷超微粉作熔覆材料 ,对常规材料进行表面处理 ,可以极大的提高材料的表面性能。介绍了激光熔覆陶瓷粉的工艺过程 ,并对熔覆层的硬度、粗糙度和熔覆与基底之间的结合情况进行了考察。

Abstract:The surface properties of traditional material could be greatly improved through surface treatment such as laser coating of super fine ceramic powder. The process of laser coating of super fine ceramic powder is discussed, and the hardness, roughness and adhesion force to the substrate of the coating are investigated.
