摘    要:介绍了某铜冶炼企业废水来源及其 COD 浓度分布情况,采用物理化学法除去企业废酸废水中重金属和 COD 等污染物,并通过源头削减或者废水均质调节等方式,减少污水处理站压力,从而进一步降低污水处理站出水 COD 含量,达到企业内部回用水标准。

Abstract:Sulfuric acid mist is an important indicator in the monitoring of stationary pollution source flue gas. According to the current national standard method "Determination of Stationary Pollution Source Sulfuric Acid Mist by Ion Chromatography" (HJ 544-2016), when monitoring the sulfuric acid mist in each exhaust gas outlet in the factory, there are often some deviations and fluctuations in monitoring results. Conducted on-site investigation and analysis of its process and principle, it was found that the factors of monitoring mainly include the influence of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas, the deviations in the analysis process and the influence of filter material selection and its pretreatment. And the corresponding correct measures are put forward to improve the accuracy of sulfuric acid mist monitoring data.
