摘    要:针对阳极铜浇铸过程中冷铜的产生问题,对浇铸受料斗进行简单改造,可有效降低冷铜的粘接量,减少了浇铸过程中铜流失。同时也实现了浇铸溜槽的长时间重复使用,减少了耐火料的消耗,降低了冷铜处理过程中的能源消耗,提高了精矿-铜直收率。

Abstract:In the face of the state''s increasingly improved environmental protection standards and requirements, aiming at the objective environmental risk of copper smelting industry, this paper expounds the establishment of an environmental early-warning system, which incorporates pollution source monitoring, risk source (point) monitoring, key post operation and other data into a database and constitutes an interrelated database and alarm system so as to enable the environmental risk prevention to be procedural and intelligent.
