| Abstract: | Leading fuzzy multi objective comprehensive decision to the decision of transmission project construction and combining the knowledge from planning experts with the theory of fuzzy multi objective comprehensive decision, a practical method for the transmission project decision of power network planning is presented in this paper. Computation results from concrete construction projects show that the method is objective and effictive, and the demand of practical power system planning can be met by use of this method. |
