螺纹钢切分轧制弧边方孔中轧件变形有限元分析

摘    要:采用三维大变形弹塑性热力耦合的方法分析了螺纹钢切分轧制中弧边方孔的来料形状对金属变形及前滑的影响。弧边方孔前采用3种不同的孔型可获得3种不同形状的坯料。计算结果表明,弧边方孔前采用菱-椭孔较为合适,建议应用中采用菱-椭孔。

Abstract:D elasto -plastic thermo -mechani cal coupled FEM for large strain has b een used to analyze the effect on metal deformation and forw ard slip of different pass configura tion before the fluted -square pass d uring slit rolling of deformed bars.In order to get different kinds of billets,thre e different kinds of pass configurations were adopted.The results indicate that diamond -oval is the suitable pass con figuration before the fluted -square pass.Therefore,the diamond -oval pass is suggested in application.
