摘    要:通过对铂电阻测温与虚拟仪器的研究,提出了一套高精度多路温度自动测试系统的设计方案.着重从铂电阻非线性特征,温度信号调理电路和LabVIEW软件设计方面进行了阐述,并讨论了在复杂电磁环境下的EMc设计.该方案灵活可变,具有一定的扩展性和通用性,成功地应用于燃料电池汽车DC/DC变换器的温度测试系统中.

Abstract:With the study of platinum resistance thermistor in temperature testing and virtual instruments,a virtual instrumentation-based multichannel temperature automatic test system of high precision is presented.The nonlinearity of platinum resistance thermistor,temperature signal conditioning circuit and software design with LabVIEW are described emphatically,and the EMC design in the complicated electromagnetic environment is also discussed.The resolution,which is flexible,expandable and general,is successfully introduced into the temperature testing system for DC/DC converter in fuel cell electric vehicle.
