风叶传动盘压铸模的设计

摘    要:根据风叶传动盘的结构和性能、成型工艺特点、技术要求和合金种类,并考虑所选压铸机的类型,设计了压铸模具的浇注系统,确定了模具的整体结构和各组成部分的尺寸。同时考虑到实际生产上的因素,对压铸工艺和主要参数进行分析,从而达到对风叶传动盘的合理设计的要求,设计出相应的模具。

Abstract:Based on the structure and capability, characteristics of molding technology, technical requirements, kinds of alloy of the fan blade transmission tray and the selected type of the diecasting machine, the casting system of the mould was deigned, its whole structure and the dimension of every component were determined. Some factors in the practical production were also considered, the die casting technology and main parameters were analyzed, consequently requirements of reasonable design of the fan blade transmission tray could be met so that reasonable mould could be designed.
