CFB锅炉动态特性与负荷和煤质的关系研究

摘    要:在已有循环流化床锅炉燃烧、流动和换热的机理模型的基础上,进行了改进,建立了一个模拟循环流化床锅炉动态特性的综合数学模型。将上述模型应用于南京金陵石化热电厂220t/h循环流化床锅炉的动态特性仿真,仿真结果与实际运行数据平均误差小于4%,表明了上述模型的合理性和准确性。在对循环流化床锅炉进行了给煤量扰动、一次风量扰动仿真基础上,分析了床温、主汽流量、主汽温和主汽压对各调节量的关系。论文定义了3种煤种燃烧特性指标,对煤质进行量化,并根据仿真结果,得出了循环流化床锅炉各被调量的动态特性参数与负荷和煤种燃烧性能指标的关系,从而可根据当前负荷和煤质预测锅炉的动态特性。 关键词:循环流化床锅炉;动态特性;仿真;变工况试验

Abstract:The circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFBB) combusting, fluidizing, heat exchanging mechanism models were ameliorated and a comprehensive mathematical model was built which simulating the CFBB dynamic behavior. The dynamic behavior was obtained by the simulation of the 220t/h CFFB in Nanjing Jinling Petrochemical Corperation Power Plant. The consistency between simulation and actual testing data indicated the rationality and accuracy of above-mentioned model. The respective relationship between control variable and bed temperature, steam flow, steam temperature as well as fresh steam pressure are analyzed on the basic of tests, performed on CFBB, with respect to step disturbance of flue and primary air. And on the basic of simulation model, the coal quality was quantized by defining three character indexes. According the simulation result, the relationship between dynamic behavior parameter of CFBB regulated variable and power and coal quality was obtained, thereby the dynamic behavior of CFBB can be forecasted according to current load and coal quality.
