摘    要:针对带内侧凹的塑件提出了一种新颖的抽芯机构,分析了该机构的组成及其工作过程,介绍了模具设计要点和模具工作过程。实践证明,该模具结构可靠,采用热流道可大批量自动化生产,对同类形状塑件具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:An injection mould with new core-pulling mechanism was developed for a plastic component with internal concave.The structure and working process of the mechanism were analyzed,and the key points in designing the mould and the mould's course of work were presented.The application shows that the mould is reliable in structure and can make large quantities of production automatically when applying hot runner technique.
