| 摘 要： | 随着我国新农村建设的逐步开展,农村住宅建设将成为我国建筑业的巨大市场,节能省地型农村住宅建设将产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。本文通过对国内外农村住宅建设的现状和问题的探讨,提出了对我国新农村节能省地型住宅建设的对策建议,阐述了农村住宅的科学合理规划、建造节能省地型农村住宅对缓解我国能源紧缺局面、构建和谐节约型社会主义新农村的重大意义。

| Abstract: | With the gradual development in the countryside,the market for building industry will expand quickly.As a result,energy-saving and land-saving house construction may generate great social and economical benefits.This paper makes a proposal through a tentative study on house construction practice home and abroad,and illustrates the significance of energy-saving and land-saving household construction with scientific planning in our country for the cultivation of socialism modern countryside. |
