氯化3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基铵的合成

摘    要:研究了三甲胺盐酸盐与环氧氯丙烷在乙醇水溶液中反应生成氯化3 氯 2 羟丙基三甲基铵的工艺条件, 通过正交实验得到的较佳工艺条件为:反应液pH值8~9,反应温度35℃;环氧氯丙烷/三甲胺盐酸盐(摩尔 比)=0.95∶1;反应时间1h。在此条件下,产率达到91%。

Abstract:The technological conditions for synthesized of 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammo- nium chloride from trimethylamine hydrochloride and epichlorohydrin in the alcohol-water media was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments as follows: pH of reaction liquid 89; reaction temperature 35 ℃;n(epichlorohydrin)/n(trimethylamine hydrochloride)=0.95∶1; reaction time 1 h. The yield was 91%.
