摘    要:在进行溶液样品的激光拉曼光谱测定时,发现当有外界光存在会对光谱产生一定的影响.本文分别探讨了自然光和室内荧光灯光的存在对作为常用的溶剂水的激光拉曼光谱的影响.研究表明不同环境光的存在,对拉曼光谱会产生不同的干扰效应,存在着特征谱线.自然光主要以倒峰或倒峰群为主,室内荧光灯光产生的干扰主要以尖锐正峰为主,虽干扰表现不同,但都有干扰影响,不能忽略.这是由于拉曼光谱仪为单光路系统,对外界光没有自动扣除功能所致,建议在进行激光拉曼光谱检测时,须在暗室或暗罩中进行,以完全隔离环境光的影响.

Abstract:The laser Raman spectroscopy of liquor is influenced with environmental light.The environmental lights included natural light from outdoors and light from indoor fluorescent have been studied in determination of water.The results show that the different influences of water's laser Raman spectra can be produced in different environmental light.There were some characteristic spectral lines.Nature light produces down peaks and indoor fluorescent produces sharp peaks.It was found that laser Raman spectra own a single light path system.So it could not avoid influences with environmental light by itself.Therefore these influences cannot be ignored.The determination of laser Raman spectra must be made in darkroom or in the sheathing etc.
