摘    要:为了降低重油催化裂化柴油中硫、氮等不安定组分的含量,采取添加FS化学精制剂的方法。考察化学精制剂FS剂和A剂的精制效果,实验发现FS剂在脱除碱氮的效果上要好于A剂,分析油品的储存安定性,将储存3个月的空白油品与处理后油品的色度、酸度、实际胶质和氧化总不溶物等指标进行比较,发现处理后油品的色度为1.6,抗氧化沉渣为0.9mg/100mL,两者均满足国家规定的标准。同时,发现储存时间对FS剂处理后的油品的色度、实际胶质和抗氧化沉渣基本无影响。

Abstract:In order to decrease the content of unstable components such as sulphur, nitrogen and so on in RFCC LCO, an approach to chemical refining agent FS is adopted in our experiment. Two kinds of chemical refining agents FS and A were tested in refining effect. It is found that FS agent is better than A agent in getting rid of basic nitrogen, which offers the practical basis to the experiment. The stored stability of oil is analyzed and compare the oil which is not disposed by FS agent to the disposed oil in chromaticity, acidity, existent gum and oxidized total insolubles, it is found that chromaticity and oxidized total insolubles of disposed oil respectively are 1.6 and 0.9 mg/100 mL respectively. Both of them meet national standard. At the same time, it is found that the stored time can hardly effect on the RFCC diesel oil disposed by FS agent in chromaticity,existent gum and oxidized total insolubles.
